• At the national level, Mi6 focuses its activities on residential properties in the Porto Metropolitan Area and on tourism developments, with a residential component, in the regions of Minho, Douro, and Algarve.

• Internationally, the medium- to long-term strategic focus is on Ukraine, where we have identified a significant opportunity, albeit within a currently recognised uncertain context. We are fully aware of the temporary risks involved, yet we anticipate that the appreciation of land and built assets will be exponential, particularly in the capital (Kyiv) and in other high-potential cities.

• In parallel, we recognise Brazil as a market of high potential. Despite its complexity, it is currently experiencing a favourable political and economic environment, combined with our proven track record in the country (with 14 years of successful operations), making it a market to be considered.
